At the Stanford Grande Prairie hotel we understand that finding a pet friendly hotel
can be almost as difficult as leaving them at home when you travel. We are thrilled
to have your animals stay with us and invite you to bring them along. We do have
a Grande Prairie pets policy in place and trust that our guests with pets will help
ensure the safety of all our guests. We have an onsite dog walk and will gladly
recommend local businesses that can assist you in pampering your pooch. As a member
of the SPCA we can proudly proclaim that we care about animals! We supply a complimentary
package for all dogs including an ID tag with the hotel’s phone number and an ID
number that we will link with your registry. Also included is a special treat, food
dish, and, of course, clean-up bags. Please

We do as that pet owners take their pets with them when they are not in the room.
This allows our cleaning staff to ensure your room is fresh and clean each day.
For alternate options such as doggy daycare, please see our in-room binders or contact
our front desk staff. Due to extra cleaning needed upon your departure we do charge
a $7.50 fee per pet per night. If you are staying with us for longer than one week
the pet fee will be lifted, for a maximum charge per stay of $55.00.
- Sorry, pets are not permitted in the Restaurant or Lounge unless they are a seeing-eye
dog.
- Please don’t forget to pick up after your pet!
